Founder & Principal

Tara McCabe brings more than 30 years of cross-industry leadership experience to her work, spanning software, consulting, and consumer brands. She has led initiatives across Marketing, IT, HR, Customer Service, and Operations, and is known for translating vision into strategy—and strategy into execution.

Her strength lies in helping teams find clarity in complexity. Rather than handing over a to-do list, Tara helps leaders establish priorities, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms that make progress repeatable.

Tara’s educational path was intentionally non-traditional. As an adult learner, she studied across institutions while building her career and raising a family—creating a practical, systems-first perspective that shapes her work today.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Public Administration, a Master of Science in Digital Marketing, and has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) for over 25 years.

Purpose Beyond the Work

Beyond her advisory work, Tara is deeply committed to social impact initiatives focused on education equity, adult literacy, and expanding opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

That commitment shows up in how she works: with care, discipline, and a belief that meaningful change happens when good ideas are supported by strong execution.
